Fees for BuyWell's Negotiation Services are based on actual Cost Savings realized by the Client.

BuyWell's Consultants will utilize their Professional Expertise to analyze the Client's purchasing history and expected future requirements. We work only with suppliers and service providers able to meet the highest levels of Quality and Service expectations within their industries. Suppliers must also have the ability to provide the lowest possible pricing to give you the best possible competitive advantage. Optimal recommendations will be submitted to the Client upon completion of in-depth analysis and negotiations.

Specific Cost Savings will be identified in the recommendations. The Client must agree with BuyWell's Consultants that these Cost Savings are:

• Real;
• Measurable;
• Achievable in the Client's operations.

When BuyWell's recommendations are accepted, the Client agrees to follow the recommendations and take the necessary steps to implement the changes required. At that time, an appropriate fee schedule will be agreed to and implemented based upon the actual Cost Savings achieved and the duration of any negotiated supplier commitments.
