Wade S. Lnenicka, C.P.M., Principal

Wade has 26 years of experience working in both small family-owned companies and large multi-national businesses. He has extensive professional Procurement experience in contract negotiation, maintenance of supplier relationships, identifying and implementing cost savings measures, along with leadership and management of employees. He understands Total Quality Management best practices and has experience with ISO 9002 Registration. Most recently he served as Vice President – Purchasing for a large multi-national cooperative.

Wade holds Lifetime Certification by the Institute for Supply Management as a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.). Wade served 22 years as an Infantry Officer with the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves and is a Vietnam-era Veteran. Additionally, Wade serves on the City Council of Smyrna, GA since 1988 and is Mayor Pro Tem. He is active in many local civic organizations and serves on several volunteer Boards.

Wade holds a B.S. Degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA Degree from the University of Michigan Business School.
